Ingredients
  

  • 2 6- ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 8- ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. 1. Drain liquid from 1 jar of artichokes into 1 qt. saucepan. Drain liquid from second jar and discard. Finely chop all artichokes.
