Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • green peppers
  • sausage remove casing
  • parsley
  • 1 garlic chopped
  • 1 small can black olives chopped
  • salt
  • bread soaked up
  • oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. 1. Blend together all filling ingredients with a little oil
  2. 2. Wash and clean peppers - cut off tops of pepper
  3. 3. Stuff peppers with stuffing
  4. 4. Lay peppers in pan on side and drizzle with oil
  5. 5. Bake 375 to 400 oven till they roast on all sides

Notes

Some handwriting is difficult to read. The filling ingredients (sausage, parsley, garlic, black olives, salt, bread) should be blended together with a little oil before stuffing the peppers.
