Sweet Potato Casserole (2)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

  1. 1. Boil potatoes till soft. Cool and peel.
  2. 2. Mash potatoes. Stir in all ingredients except 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
  3. 3. Place mixture in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the two tablespoons of brown sugar on top and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
