- 1. In medium bowl, blend sherbet and pineapple.
- 2. Fold in whipped topping.
- 3. Spoon into baked pie shell.
- 4. Cover with plastic wrap.
- 5. Freeze several hours until firm.
- 6. Allow pie to defrost 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Some handwriting was difficult to read but appears to be a frozen sherbet pie recipe using Pet Ritz brand pie crust and La Creme whipped topping.
