Ingredients
  

  • 1 #2 can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 3 oz pkg lime jello
  • 2 3 oz pkgs cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 pt heavy cream whipped
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. 1. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water and add to jello.
  2. 2. Chill partially or until slightly thick.
  3. 3. Then add softened cream cheese and heated undrained pineapple to jello.
  4. 4. Fold in heavy cream and nuts.
  5. 5. Chill till firm.

Notes

The recipe calls for a #2 can of pineapple which is approximately 20 oz. The pineapple is listed as drained in the ingredients but added undrained in the instructions - this may need clarification.
